Using and Preserving your Harvest: Friday 25th September 2015

Come along to this one day workshop where you'll learn practical tips and techniques on how to use, store and preserve your harvest. It will include a kitchen based session to demonstrate preserving a range of herbs, fruit and vegetables.

Every Tuesday evening for 7 weeks starting on 16th September the True Food Academy with nutritionist Colette mcmahon will give the low down on nutrition at 20 euro for a single class or discounts if you book 2 or more of the 7 classes...
Phoenix O'Reilly will start on wednesday mornings from 11 until 1 a 6 week course starting on September 10th called "Cook for health and well being-the alchemy of food for concious consumption" at 20 euro per class or a discount if all 6 are booked.
Finally pastry chef Naoise Ryan Lammers will give an 8 week evening course on Dessert making starting on thursday 18th september. It is 25 euro per night or 8 weeks for 150 euro. Book directly with Naiose at 0870629890 by september 12th
Pop up sea themed bistro with sue hammond pencilled in for mid september and October will see a conference in Scariff called "dear earth" (add link) and our own Harvest Festival with a delegation from 4 european countries in attendance.
