Based on the Food Safety Authority of Ireland's Guide to Food Safety Training
Level 1 - Induction Skills and Level 2 - Additional Skills, this one day interactive workshop will equip attendees with the basic skills to make and serve food safely.
The course is designed to meet the legal requirements for training as outlined
Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 laying down the general
principles and requirements of food law.
Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs
This Regulation lays down general rules on hygiene of foodstuffs.

(This will be followed by another separate course, 1 day HACCP training for the Artisan / Food Service Entrepreneur on Friday 21st March and will have same cost structure as below)
